2025 VFW Colorado BBQ Vendor Application Form

Event Overview

Join us for a day of delicious BBQ, food trucks, live music, and local artisan vendors !
Booths are 10' x 10' with a suggested donation of $200.

Note: No electricity or generators will be provided. All vendors must bring their own
tents (with a minimum of 40-pound weights per pole - no staking allowed), tables,
displays, and setup. Booth assignments will be sent 24 hours prior to the event.

Vendor Requirements

Insurance: Email your Certificate of Insurance (COI) to Steve@VFWco.org showing:

  • Coverage valid from 9:00 AM to 11:59 PM on September 6, 2025
  • Minimum coverage:
    • $1,000,000 Per Occurrence
    • $2,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate
    • $1,000,000 Personal & Advertising Injury
    • $300,000 Fire Damage
    • $5,000 Medical Expense (any one person)
    • Additional Insured: VFW Colorado

 

Business/Sales Tax: Email your Castle Rock Sales Tax License to Steve@VFWco.org if selling goods or food. For more information, visit Castle Rock.
Business and Tax Licensing.

Food Trucks: Must be certified with the Town of Castle Rock. Email certification to Steve@VFWco.org. For more information, visit the Mobile Food Vendor Application.

Payment: Submit at vfwco.org under the Donation tab. Select VFWBBQ under Designation.
All materials are due within 10 days of acceptance.
